Our bookings team answers every question before a trip and makes sure guides, cabins and ferries are ready when guests arrive. You will work from our Oslo shop two days a week and from home the rest.
What you will do
- Answer travellers by email and phone in English and at least one other language
- Confirm departures with guides and cabins
- Keep bookings, payments and traveller details tidy in Travel Orbit
What you bring
- Experience in travel, hospitality or customer service
- A love of the outdoors
- Clear, friendly writing
