From December to March our guests come to Tromsø for snow, silence and the northern lights. You will guide them on snowshoes and skis, and keep them warm and safe in the dark months.

What you will do

  • Guide snowshoe walks and gentle ski tours in the Lyngen and Kvaløya hills
  • Run northern lights evenings around a fire
  • Read avalanche forecasts and choose safe terrain

What you bring

  • Winter guiding experience and an avalanche course
  • An outdoor first aid certificate
  • A driving licence for our minibus
